A Tour of the South Okanagan ValleyAh... the South Okanagan. Just mentioning this region brings warmth and sunshine into any conversation. Welcome to a world filled with fun in the sun. Enjoy the many outdoor activities. But most of all just soak up the moment. This is truly a place to see on a visit to this region. This part of the Okanagan Valley begins near the Canada/United States border. You pass through the town of Osoyoos and some more towns and cities along the way. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous as you wind your way through the many orchards and vineyards that sprinkle the landscape. This area of the valley does attract alot of visitors, more so in the summer months. It gets so busy that you really need to book campsites and other accomodations well in advance. But it is well worth it when you arrive!
