A Tour of the South Okanagan Valley
Ah... the South Okanagan. Just mentioning this region brings warmth and sunshine into any conversation. Welcome to a world filled with fun in the sun. Enjoy the many outdoor activities. But most of all just soak up the moment. This is truly a place to see on a visit to this region. This part of the Okanagan Valley begins near the Canada/United States border. You pass through the town of Osoyoos and some more towns and cities along the way. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous as you wind your way through the many orchards and vineyards that sprinkle the landscape. This area of the valley does attract alot of visitors, more so in the summer months. It gets so busy that you really need to book campsites and other accomodations well in advance. But it is well worth it when you arrive!

What else is there to do in this popular region?
> How about swimming and sunbathing at any of the many beaches in the area.
> Or hike and explore the many wilderness parks throughout the region.
> Boating on a hot summer day. Take your pick of the numerous lakes.
The communities of the South Okanagan each tell there own story. I have been to every one of these fabulous locations. Believe me when I tell you that words cannot begin to describe them. Come and see for yourself!
